Our Story

Our journey began in 2016, with a simple yet profound observation. While working at a large medical facility, our founder frequently encountered patients and caregivers lost and stressed, desperately trying to navigate the complex hallways to reach their appointments on time. This common struggle highlighted a critical need: a better way to find your way.

Driven by a deep empathy for those experiencing this confusion and anxiety, the idea for Care Compass was born. Our founder envisioned an intuitive wayfinding app designed to ease the burden on patients, their loved ones, and even healthcare staff. The goal was clear: reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and significantly cut down on late or missed appointments, ultimately boosting patient satisfaction and improving HCAHPS scores.

As our founder often says, "Medical appointments can be a source of anxiety. I want to reduce any stress I can from the moment our patients get to our parking lots."

After dedicated study in UX Design to ensure a truly user-friendly experience, Care Compass officially launched in Spring 2025. We are enthusiastically working towards our goal of helping people find their way, and we look forward to partnering with medical facilities soon to bring this much-needed solution to patients, caregivers, and employees.
